Position: Industry Account Manager – Semiconductor
Location: Home Office based in the Bay Area, CA, (Also open to Portland, OR. Relocation support to one of these locations is available.)

Compensation:
- Competitive base salary starting at $170,000 up to $190,000 annually.
- Sales incentive program with a targeted bonus of $50,000.

Responsibilities:
- Revenue & Profitability: Aggressively expand revenue above market growth rates while managing price, volume, and mix for favorable profitability.
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and communicate a forward-looking strategic plan for the account, ensuring alignment across business units and functions.
- Health & Performance Management: Monitor customer satisfaction and loyalty, implementing improvement measures.
- Global Sales Alignment: Execute quarterly account plan reviews and collaborate with the extended sales team, soliciting support requirements.
- Maintain Global Sales Pipeline: Track growth opportunities worldwide, assisting tactical sales teams in opportunity development and monitoring.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships within customer divisions/BUs.
- Customer Centricity: Advocate for the customer's voice of the customer (VOC) within the organization.
- Value Creation: Understand customer strategy and align it with the company's technology roadmaps.
- Expansion: Pursue share expansion through new applications and customer divisions/BUs.
- Leadership Engagement: Seek high-level customer engagement and deploy company executives in meaningful, value-added interactions.
- Leverage Supporting Teams: Collaborate with internal resources across various functions to drive strategy and success.
- Contract Management: Negotiate and provide guidance on master agreements to create long-term alignment and growth.
Primary Position Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred, ideally in an engineering discipline (Mechanical Eng, Chemical Eng, Materials Science, etc.).
- 7-10 years of Account Manager/Outside Sales experience, preferably in relevant product lines.
- Ability to influence without formal authority.
- Professional and assertive work style with exceptional communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives.
- Familiarity with strategic selling processes and tools (SWOT, value-based pricing/selling, cost estimating).
- Technical knowledge to understand product applications.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SFDC, and relevant technology.
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions.
- Team leadership capabilities.
- Cultural knowledge and awareness of acceptable behavioral practices and cultural differences.
- Willingness to travel 25-50%, domestically and internationally.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
